Our Mission
Green Goals: Take Your Shot! empowers young people across Orange County to become environmental storytellers and changemakers through the lens of photography. By combining creative expression, hands-on investigation, and student-led action, the program inspires youth to observe their surroundings, document local environmental challenges and successes, and design real-world solutions to improve their communities. Through workshops, workbooks, and public exhibitions, Green Goals connects students to nature—from their schoolyard to state parks—and cultivates the next generation of environmental stewards.

Visual Awareness
We leverage photography to make environmental challenges visible and impactful. By capturing both thriving and struggling aspects of nature, participants and students transform awareness into a call for action.

Sustainable Habits
We promote practical, eco-friendly behaviors such as recycling, reducing waste, and reusing resources. These small but consistent actions foster long-term responsibility within schools and communities.
